Ice cream store

The sign may have changed but C and C Creamery still offers the same great ice cream that it has served since 1955! It is rare that an ice cream shop lasts that long. If you want good ice cream from a traditional ice cream shop that offers both hard ice cream and amazing soft service options, C and C is the place for you! C & C also offers water ice and gelati plus amazing Milkshakes!

Four: Van Leeuwen Ice Cream – Multiple Locations – Rittenhouse (115 S. 18th St.). and 119 S. 13th St and Fishtown Location coming soon!

This may not be a traditional selection as Van Leeuwen is original from Brooklyn and is an artisanal brand, but the ice cream is just too good to leave off of our list. If anything, the ice cream will provide you with cool instagram photos with unique flavors like Pizza and Mac and Cheese! If Vegan it must be, the brand has amazing Vegan ice cream as well.

Five: Jeni’s Ice Cream – Two Locations – 1901 Chestnut Street (Rittenhouse Square) and 1322 Frankford Ave., Unit #101 (Fishtown)
