My wife & I looked up some realtors handling sales in the Juniata section of Philadelphia, we wanted a Bi-lingual speaking realtor because the area mostly attracts Spanish speaking people. When we met Brett for the first time we realized he was not bi-lingual so since it was an initial concern for us on if he would be suitable to make the sale. I believe it was 3-5 days later we quickly realized Brett was not only capable he was extremely capable and highly motivated. To our surprise our home was already listed and had already had at that point 2 interested buyers.
